What's remarkable about February??? Hmmm, it has something to do with the number of days in a year - whether it is a leap year or not. Well, did you know that some believes that people born on this month are said to be abnormal? Not abnormal in the sense that they have disabilities, physically or mentally; if you know what I mean.
