Flooding Caused by Typhoon and August Rain!

Typhoon Gener has done a lot of damage and even with the good news of this typhoon leaving the country, the Philippines continues to get devastated with the heavy downpour. It has been raining for weeks now and a lot of low-lying places have been flooded.
