Obviously a SPAM, or should I say scam? I don't even have any account with Bank of America.
And what about the generic greetings? Companies should be guided by business etiquette - address your customers properly.
There are grammatical and typographical errors, too! (didn't completed?! cerification?!)

Look:
SEAMARJ CENTER FOR HOTEL AND RESTAURANT THAT OFFER FREE ASSISTANCE EMPLOYMENT IN LOCAL AND LANDBASED HOTEL AND ALSO RESTAURANTS AT THE SAME TIME IN PASSENGER SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC
It's not free. Mind you. You have to pay Php 3800.00 for a 5-day training and what not. More details are discussed during the interview and summarized on their flyers but they will take back the flyers from you. So there's no way for you to think about it outside and it is really hard to decline their offer if you are alone. I pity those fresh graduates who paid the initial fee.
And whoever that acting VP is, I don't think she deserves the position. What about an English Training and Customer-Relation Awareness Module ma'am? I think you have to read your own training menual errr manual.
Why do you have to get pissed off if someone doesn't like to pay anything? P100, P300 or P500? Any amount will do for reservation. And you'll give a P300 discount for those who will pay in full? Clever.
No matter how much you claim that your interest in helping other people to find suitable jobs in the field of HRM or related courses is "genuine", we're sorry but you LACK convincing powers. What more when it comes to credibility.
I understand that it is a training center and nothing in this world is free, but hey, use the right approach at the least.

Update as of 11:45PM, 19th of July 2010:
Seems that they have updated their company profile. The portion that I have quoted is no longer there. About time to play safe? Good. But since they have revised it already, why can't they correct those misspelled words and grammatical errors? Interesting company. Check it out!
Since someone posted here that this has been reported to Jobstreet already, I made a followup through email and I was happy to know that there's progress about this case. SEA-MARJ has updated their job posting so as not to mislead the applicants. Here's the response I have received:
Dear Liz,Take note, SOME. I'm hoping that ALL of their job postings will be updated accordingly.
Thank you for bringing this matter to us.
As per checking, some of the postings of the said company have indicated that there will be a training fee and this is only for those who are willing to apply. We have also discussed this with the company since last week, so that the jobseekers will not be mislead or misinformed.
Should you wish to not pursue your applications with them, you may apply to other advertisements in our website.
Regards,
LiNa
More updates can be found HERE. Let me quote the last few lines:
Finally, EVERYTHING's in the right place. All ACTIVE JOB POSTINGS OF SEA-MARJ HAVE BEEN UPDATED. So guys, please be guided accordingly.
PS. As per checking today (November 22, 2010) their company profile has been updated too. Good to see lots of improvement.

Yeah right, a fake account verification from Yahoo! Notice that the email address is lino90078@yahoo.com and the "TO" field is empty - obviously for the purpose of email blast... BCC, fine! What a scam! Be wary! Don't fall for this sooo old form of getting your personal details. The email even claims that account owners who'll refuse to update their account before two weeks will have their account terminated. Tsk. Some WARNINGs are really worth ignoring. LOL.
Spam mails deserve to be deleted. Bye bye Yahoo Account Verification!

I just signed up at this site because I found the link in one of the forums I usually visit. There are even testimonials there and it seems convincing. I know that I can do this online job because it is as simple as copy and pasting the advertisement. I am good with shortcuts so I am very confident that I can earn a lot with something I am really good at. I carefully read all the rules and instructions and click the link for "Post Ads, Get Paid". It brought me to a new page with the advertisement I am to copy. Again, there are several steps to take note. I review each of them since I will be doing this for the first time. Once done, I click the craiglist link and a new window opened. I move quickly and start copying and pasting. Well, it is not that easy at all because there are different textbox or area where you have to paste the things you have copied. It is fine though because I am exerting a little effort. I thought it ends there but you still have to enter a validation code or words. Then you have to log in back to your email to check the confirmation email and publish it from there. That would be the only time that you can see the web address of your advertisement. I was happy and excited to go back to the main window to paste that generated link. I have done it for five times today for different advertisement. It is sad to know that I have a post limit. It is fine with me because I believe that as time goes by, it will also increase. I check my submitted job and I saw a note saying that it will take an hour to be processed for me to know it has been accepted or declined. I am a very patient person so I waited while browsing online.
Since I was logged in to my Yahoo Messenger, I can see the incoming emails and who sent it. I checked my inbox and to my dismay, all advertisements can not be verified. They can not find the ads I have posted but I am pretty sure I did it correctly. The only possible thing is that, the ad was ghosted. Being ghosted means that the link is working and the ads is showing up on my end but they are not able to find it in the results page for that category. What is unbelievable is that 100% of my work has been wasted. Now, all my enthusiasm was gone. I have no plan of trying it again. I am not even sure if the ad is really being ghosted or if it a site issue. Worst, the whole thing could be a scam at all.
