I was not able to update BHO daily because I am busy with work, both online and offline. Also, the holiday season makes me busier. Talk about shopping and partying!

Lately, I'm getting many writing opportunities from them but I only select which one I'll accomplish. Some advertisers require too many keywords and links. Take note, not just a single link but multiple links pointing to different sites. If only the price is right, it would be easier to complete these writing assignments. But what I love about Blogsvertise is that it respects my decision if I prefer not to take the task.

So for December, here is what I've earned. $10 was sent to me yesterday and then I received another payment today.

Payment is sent a month after completing the tasks so it means that it covers my November writing assignments.

I haven't updated Techie Liz for so long and after logging in to my administration panel, I've seen my latest post and I would like to share it here: Trend Micro SafeSync: Secure Your Digital Life!

After pointing out Blogerzoom's redirection, some bloggers still complain about the popups they're getting from this site. I'm using Mozilla Firefox and popups are being blocked so I'm not getting them. But when I modified the settings, I also get the dreaded HYPERPROMOTE POP UPS! Yes, they are annoying!

It took me several hours to figure out where it is coming from. I only have few Ad blocks here and I trust each of them because they've been there for so long. Or maybe, this issue just came to my attention too late.

The advertising networks present in this blog are:
1. Adgitize
2. Entrecard
3. Bidvertiser

Once again, I did not suspect any of them. The first thing that I've taken out while trying to isolate the issue is the Christmas Countdown Widget. Next is Chatbox. But then the hyperpromote pop up is still there.

I have no issues with Adgitize and Entrecard on my other blogs. The only difference between this blogspot blog to my self-hosted blogs in terms of advertising networks is BIDVERTISER. And this is the only one which is suffering from that pop up. I contact Bidvertiser support to verify if the pop up is coming from them. I mentioned hyperpromote on my support ticket but they did not directly reply to that question and emailed me instead:

You can disable pop ups by managing your account and changing your Preference.

There you go! I disabled the pop up ads by switching the radio button to NO.

Are you still getting hyperpromote pop ups in this blog? Is your blog giving you the same random pop up? Check the advertisers's codes on your blog and you should be able to point it out.

Because I've been using Globe's wi-fi, I haven't used my Smart Bro USB Prepaid plugin to go online. We're having internet connection today so I have no choice but to use my Smart Broadband USB. I tried several times to connect to the internet but it won't. I sent P20 load using my other SMART sim and then it worked. Turned out that the existing load has expired.

Once I am connected, I received 5 messages to my Smart Bro inbox. 2 for PasaLoad and 3 from 2200. Here's the first message:

I am currently advertising Make More Money Online in Adgitize and I really love the result! Though I won't be earning extra advertiser points for this monster ad, I'm cool with it because I am confident with the tremendous amount of traffic it is about to generate. That's pretty good compensation!

I can't remember how long I've been a part of this paid-to-review site but I have just received only one task from them up to date.

And this is the only payment proof that I have from them.

Recently, I posted my disappointment with Blogerzoom for running scripts that triggers pop ups on this blog. Other bloggers confirmed that they had the same issue before. One day later, I received an email from Blogerzoom:

Take note, I did not contact them even once. I wonder if they've stumbled upon my blog. Or maybe they've heard the news from someone else. Either way, I am happy that every time I blog, it gets somewhere.

"Now you won't be able to see any kind of redirection & popups in our site."

Come to think of it, this email does not address the issue. The redirection and pop ups are present in this site and other sites that are listed in Blogerzoom's directory, not on theirs. Oh well, how would I know if their site is affected, too? I'm not their fan.

Bottom line, this email is just a lame excuse! And oh, their English! Hope it gets better...

After few months of being inactive in the Adgitize Network, I'm back to advertising and publishing again. It was July when I received my latest payment and I'm so happy to see an email notification about the October payment today:

This is actually my cumulative earnings from August to October. So little monthly earnings from them, right? Not anymore! I've just renewed my ads for Make More Money Online so I'll be getting extra advertiser's points. Plus, I've been active in the Adgitize forums in the past few days. I'm hoping to get more than $14 this November!

I was really worried after reading her text message so I hurriedly check this site. True enough, I immediately see the pop up she's referring to:


Suddenly, I was so disappointed with blogerzoom.com. Well, it's an Indian company so I am not expecting much from them. I'm not saying this to discriminate them. I'm just really upset.

Blogerzoom offers lots of SEO services and free submission to their directory listings is just one strategy to get more members or at least visitors. I had no negative experience with all the directories I had my blogs listed in the past. Unfortunately, blogerzoom ruined that lucky streak.

I've just removed their code on my sidebar under Top Directories widget. I did not expect that their iframe codes will result to flash advertisement that will cover my whole blog. It's not webpage redirection though. Blogerzoom page was overriding my blog so you'll have no choice but to click on that layer. Come to think of it, the code makes use of iframe instead of the usual image source and link. I should have been suspicious before. Oh well, I learned my lesson. I was able to figure it out easily, too because I just recently submitted my site to their directory and my memory still serves me right. If you wish to submit your sites to free directories, be wary of the codes generated before pasting it to your sites.

Is the recession over? With all the prices of commodities hiking up and our salaries not increasing, managing personal finances become tougher than usual. Even if I am earning online aside from my full-time job, I also have loans that I am paying monthly. But it's just with the Social Security System alone so debt consolidation is not necessary in my case.

Some people contact credit counseling companies to seek help for their debt consolidation needs. This is done to lower the interest rate of existing loans, secure a fixed interest rate and to conveniently sort out existing loans.

Credit counseling organizations can help people manage their finances through financial literacy programs. All of us can have proper spending habits if we are aware of the consequences and promises of being a healthy spender. I am so lucky to have attended the free session of Personal Finance Management here at the office.

Lottery is definitely not a thing in the past and that's the reason for last night's long queues in the lotto booth. Though I try my luck from time to time I am not solely depending on it to get rich.

This time, I was saved from the hassles of barangay election. The 2010 National Election gave me a negative experience but it wasn't my reason for not going home to Batangas and casting my votes. I entrust everything to my parents and two siblings. I'm always away so I don't know anything about our barangay and its people. A while ago, I tried visiting the reliable election-related sites only to get disappointed - PAGE CAN'T BE DISPLAYED. It's not an issue with my internet connection but with the websites alone. As of this writing, I can't still access those two URL in the images.

Thanks to GMA News, at least I have an idea about election updates. Including violence and disorders though.
