Let's get it straight to the point. Though SEA-MARJ may not be bogus in posting their jobs on JobStreet, this company seems to have hidden agendas that you may only discover during the interview.

Look:
SEAMARJ CENTER FOR HOTEL AND RESTAURANT THAT OFFER FREE ASSISTANCE EMPLOYMENT IN LOCAL AND LANDBASED HOTEL AND ALSO RESTAURANTS AT THE SAME TIME IN PASSENGER SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC

It's not free. Mind you. You have to pay Php 3800.00 for a 5-day training and what not. More details are discussed during the interview and summarized on their flyers but they will take back the flyers from you. So there's no way for you to think about it outside and it is really hard to decline their offer if you are alone. I pity those fresh graduates who paid the initial fee.

And whoever that acting VP is, I don't think she deserves the position. What about an English Training and Customer-Relation Awareness Module ma'am? I think you have to read your own training menual errr manual.

Why do you have to get pissed off if someone doesn't like to pay anything? P100, P300 or P500? Any amount will do for reservation. And you'll give a P300 discount for those who will pay in full? Clever.

No matter how much you claim that your interest in helping other people to find suitable jobs in the field of HRM or related courses is "genuine", we're sorry but you LACK convincing powers. What more when it comes to credibility.

I understand that it is a training center and nothing in this world is free, but hey, use the right approach at the least.

Update as of 11:45PM, 19th of July 2010:
Seems that they have updated their company profile. The portion that I have quoted is no longer there. About time to play safe? Good. But since they have revised it already, why can't they correct those misspelled words and grammatical errors? Interesting company. Check it out!

Update as of 09:45AM, 30th of July 2010:
Since someone posted here that this has been reported to Jobstreet already, I made a followup through email and I was happy to know that there's progress about this case. SEA-MARJ has updated their job posting so as not to mislead the applicants. Here's the response I have received:
Dear Liz,

Thank you for bringing this matter to us.

As per checking, some of the postings of the said company have indicated that there will be a training fee and this is only for those who are willing to apply. We have also discussed this with the company since last week, so that the jobseekers will not be mislead or misinformed.

Should you wish to not pursue your applications with them, you may apply to other advertisements in our website.

Regards,

LiNa
Take note, SOME. I'm hoping that ALL of their job postings will be updated accordingly.

More updates can be found HERE. Let me quote the last few lines:
Finally, EVERYTHING's in the right place. All ACTIVE JOB POSTINGS OF SEA-MARJ HAVE BEEN UPDATED. So guys, please be guided accordingly.

PS. As per checking today (November 22, 2010) their company profile has been updated too. Good to see lots of improvement.

ohh shit totoo ba yan??? scammer cla? tga 16flr ate ko pwede ko clang isumbong...

Liz said...

Not necessarily scammer since di naman namin tinuloy pagbabayad. Pero yung tactic kasi nila is namimilit so we sense na there's something wrong. Goodluck na lang sa mga kumagat dito. Kahit may magandang reputation man sila sa mata ng ibang tao, we have our own POV about them. Tsk.

Anonymous said...

if ever na totoo yan bkt ngaun lng eto na post sa blogs? kasi sabe nla sa interview 17 years na daw cla nag ooperate. i've been on the training right now.. mmyang 1pm..di ko alam kung totoo to or not. ksi madami na dn ang nakapg training jan. kung totoo na bunch of scammers cla sna maaga pa lng dami na nagreklamo.. pero ni-isa wla.. d2 ko lng nakita tong seamarj na isa cla sa mga scammer.lack of evidence pa. kht sbhn ntn na namimilit cla.

Liz said...

^Did I bluntly say that they are scammers? I'm just exposing how they work. The fees. Etc. Minsan kasi sayang yung effort. I have nothing against them personally. Read the blog title and it says everything. It's for you to decide. I am just sharing my own thoughts.

P.S. I will be happy to blog about your successful experience once you got employed after the training. Feel free to leave your contact details and the information you want me to blog about!

Cheers!

Naku!!! Tama yan! Nagme-make-up pa. At eto pa!! Hiningan ba nman kami khit mgkano muna daw. Saka na nmin bayaran during the 5 days training. Dinayo ko pa kayo dahil umasa akong totoo kayo. kasi nasa 6th floor kayo ng Marc200 Bldg sa TAft Quirino, tpos you told us to bring 1 valid ID pra mkapasok tpos sabi nyo wanted waiter..tpos yun pla, bubungad samin si Mrs. Marjorie Celestiano asking for downpayment. Get a Descent job!!! ISA KANG DEMONYITA!!!

Liz said...

^Thanks for sharing your experience and sorry to hear your sentiments. You're right about karma. Hope this can serve as eye-opener to those who are still looking for jobs.

And yeah, I noticed how "professional" their "HR" staff were.

sis, nakakainis at ngayon ko lang nabasa ang mga comments niyo! kasi i went there last monday. may nareceive akong text message telling me i'm having an initial interview! nag-apply kasi akong receptionist at nakita ko ang SEA-MARJ sa JOBSTREET..nagpunta ako around 3pm just sa MARC 2000 tower, 6th floor to find out na hindi naman pala interview! they just told me about the company. si ms. marjorie celestial din ang nakausap ko! i was told na they are going to assist me makahanap ng job. syempre dapat may training muna befre ka nila irecommend. sila kasi ang backers para makapasok! although i have doubts talaga, nagbigay ako ng initial downpayment hoping hindi naman scam! P500 pesos yun tapos next week pagnagstart na ang training ang next payments.... however, HINDI NA AKO BABALIK DUN! tama ka sis, SCAM nga talaga sila from the start bakit hindi sinabi may bayad??? niresearch ko din if part sila sa DOLE/ POEA pero WALA!! hope yung ibang makakabasa ay hindi na mabiktima!

Liz said...

^I think that's tactic talaga to collect money from applicants. Kasi ganito nangyayari, you are FORCED to pay them any amount for downpayment. Then it's too late na para marealize na pwede ka naman makahanap ng work without paying that amount. Imagine how many P100-P500 they can collect within a day di ba? Kung di man malaking pera, yung precious TIME and EFFORT mo. :(

Anonymous said...

awhh. buti nabasa ko muna toh. grabe, tinext din ako just nowand pinapupunta ako tom. but fortunately i decided to research about the company and found out about this blog post.

Liz said...

^Glad to know it helps.
The reason why I'm not reporting it yet is that I'm still trying to gather more information. I'd like to hear the sides of those who have undergone training or those who have been deployed by this training center. Unfortunately, since nipost ko to, most input are negative. Though, come to think of it, is posting wrong information a valid ground for Jobstreet account termination? Their ADS say it's FREE. But it's not. Hmmm. I wonder others' take on this.

Thanks for sharing this though I'm not an applicant. They haven't revised the misspelled words coz they don't even realize the errors, lol..

@ jhen
I think ayaw nila sagutin yung questions mo para dun mo mismo malaman. Sinabihan nga nila kapatid ko ng: "Next time, don't come if you're undecided!" Duh, wala ng next time. We're decided na wag sila balikan. LOL. Basta.

@ EihdraG
Mukha nga. Kahit yung una kong niquote eh wala man lang punctuation marks, caps lock pa. IDK, pero di ko makita professionalism nila even man lang sa pagpost ng job at pagcreate ng company profile. Parang walang matinong background. >_<

Sis, report this to Jobstreet so they can take the job ads down. I know Jobstreet won't allow this kind of company on their website.

Hello sis. I am back na from our more than a week of camping trip. Grabe super tiresome talaga.

By the way I read the comment of Miss P in your blog about the SEA MARJ. Hope she is right that they're legitimate. Mas mabuti that you asked those people who had an experienced with this company to share their experiences to see if sino talaga ang nagsasabi ng totoo. But to tell you honestly base in my opinion, there is something fishy going on in this company...........

Liz said...

@ analou
Yeah, I don't mean to be sarcastic but I am really happy for her/him if she's employed with SEA-MARJ's help. Atleast it can provide some enlightenment. What I have posted are my own experience and observation. My goal is not to tell the world that they're scammer but just to exposed their approach. If they're really helping others and it's worth the P3800 then go. Better if more positive testimonials can be posted.

what happened to you? nagpresent na ba sila ng libel case against you? i've been there kanina kasi and i'm thinking of continuing my training to them. Is there any people who have blogs after they undergo to the trainings and get hired? thanks

Liz said...

@ Pogi
I just posted here what I have witnessed nung sinamahan ko sister ko for the "interview".

Pogi said...

Liz said...

Yun rin naman hinihintay ko. Just like what I've said on my previous comments and other blogs, need ko rin ng feedback. Eh kaso lahat negative andito eh. If only those people will run through every comment, they'll understand. Thing is, kung makapagreact yung company eh parang exag. They even want me to disable this blog. For what? I am providing updates, even those coming from Jobstreet.

Anonymous said...

If you've read their company profile, I'm doubting its capacity to hire or even train people. I'm no pro sa grammar at english language and kung anu man ang nakusulat dun ay reflection ng company image nila. Kahit elementary student who studies grammar would see a lot of wrong punctuations.

medyo not a good experience to both liz and her sister to hear na sinabihan na "Next time, don't come if you're undecided!" first and foremost, the mere fact they went there ay decided un sister niya to get a job but only to find out na may bayad pala... kung disclosed ito sa posting nila eh di sana they won't waste their time going there... every cent counts nowadays.

kung totoo man na lawyer un nagsulat na un... please lang po make sure to write a very well-written comment. it shows na kung sinu man po ang nagsulat ng company profile nila eh siya un "lawyer" na sumulat kay liz.

i don't think so,,i'm an applicant that went under their training and I have been informed that there's a training fee not more than 5k. and to think that its a "training program" its mere common sense guyz. There's no such thing a "FREE" as of today, so why expect that its free. BTW, i'm now working in a luxury ship. and I'm so thankful that I made the right choice in picking up a training center that can boost my morale. The lifetime "backer" thing is true as well. after i finish my contract in this shipping cruise, i'll have another opportunity awaiting for me provided by Seamarj. So for you haters out there. Maybe your just bitter that you don't get the job and now your bombarding the company with untruthful stuff. I guess, what comes around goes around. so be ready for "KARMA".

Liz said...

^Yup. As stated on my post. I'm glad that they have now updated their job postings.

thecommonsenseman said...

Hi there, how are you? Anyway, I am glad to hear that you're in a luxury ship. Just to clarify, the remarks here are not based on grudges but rather VALID experiences, the same as with YOUR EXPERIENCE. Yes, it may be true that they did help you boost your morale, I however, can't help but notice that the training did not improve your grammar. Setting that aside, I would actually like to suggest that you review the post itself including the updates. If the training of SEAMARJ is as good as you claim it is, then you should have no problem comprehending the entire content and the intent which comes along with it.

Good luck to you. =)

Oh another anonymous comment? So let me do the same. :)

"You don't think so?" Can't you say it with conviction e.g.: "YOU'RE all wrong!" and such and such. :P

Nice to know you're now working in a luxury ship. Hope you were taught how to get the job done right.

My dear, thanks for clearing their name as if I have ruined it. :)
Why won't people believe that it's based on experience and not grudge? Why won't people read carefully, rather, comprehend the content before posting their comments.

You made me chuckle with your comment. So, you did investigate? What a major failure but I won't tell you why... Go and figure it out.

FYI, here are some IMPORTANT replies that need special attention. Or should I say, simple comprehension?

Pero based on my exp, hindi nmn nila ako pinilit magbayad, mabait naman sakin. Sa pagpipilit magbayad, no comment ako don.

Liz said...

@ KaKyLe
Wala naman akong sinabing negative sa kanila except my experience eh. Kaya I wonder what happened dun sa iba. As for those few na successful na at may good result, I have nothing against them din.

hello everyone, i would just like to comment regarding my positive experience with sea marj. i finished the training and i can say that what i paid for went on to something, because they also provide manuals and other equipment that you use to enhance your skills in the hospitality industry. if you are not an HRM graduate it would really be of help because they can really train you especially when it comes to operations in the hotel, which is really important because even if i graduated as an HRM student i can say that they really did help me to enhance my skills, and if ever i would be interviewed by one of their employers internationally, i believe that i can answer all their questions. in this kind of situation that we have here in the philippines, applying for a job in a hotel is very competitive, which means that if you've done trainings aside from your degree, you'll have more edge in this business.i am no against anyone in this blog and i do respect your comments and i do hope for the best of all of us. god bless us guys.

I just went there. Here are somethings that I noticed..

-When I got off the lift I asked myself if I am on the right floor. The office in front of theirs is vacant.

-When I entered their "lobby", as she said, a guy wearing maong shorts and slippers, dressed like tambay, sorry, asked for my resume. I assume that he is their front desk??

-Time for the said "interview" a woman spoke in a large voice. OMG! Sorry. I may not that fluent in English but I wouldn't at least show my interviewees that I'm trying hard.

Well these things made me think twice. Reading these comments, now I'm decided. Better luck next time for them.

OH SEAMARJ..I went there last wednesday, because they informed me that i have an interview,so i visited their office in (MARC2000 BLDG,QUIRINO-TAFT)There is this woman who entertained me,i told her that i am an applicant, she told me straight that:they were not accepting applicants WHO DIDNT UNDERGO THIER TRAINING sounds good isnt it?,I answer back okie mam how can i avail the training?she told me that i will just pay 3,800 for the training and if just incase that i still dnt have money to pay for the training they have the so called RESERVATION,for me to be able to have a slot,so wat i did was pay 100.00 for the reservation, her follow-up question to me was when do you plan to start your training,i said that i will ask my mom first for the approval, and if i got to know the answer i will inform her. After hearing those words from me she suddenly changed her mood, its just like she wants me to go out in her office..my gosh, what an attitude??its not a professional act,i was really shocked..But even though she treated me that way i didn't think that bad, i still asked my mom for her answer, but upon this reading this comments of you i don't think i wont pursue it anymore..money is very hard to earn and 3,800 is not a joke,D MO NA MAPUPULOT YAN SA KALSADA,WELL OKIE LNG NA MAGBAYAD AS LONG AS MY KAPUPUNTAHAN YUNG PERA,PAGOD AT SAKRIPISYO IMAGINE I TRAVELLET FROM PANGASINAN JUST TO GO TEHRE TAS GANUN LNG PALA??ISNT IT SAD??THIS B***888T

SEA-MARJ: Think Twice Before You Apply
Yan po yung date ng post.
They have updated they jobstreet listing naman with the training fee. Di nga lang specified yung amount.
As for feedback from those who had undergone the training, I don't have any. Positive ones, to be exact.

ganyan talaga ang tactics niyang SEA-MARJ.

Sea Marj Training Center, from the name itself, understood that there you will be charged. ^-^

Unfortunately, their job posting says: SEAMARJ CENTER FOR HOTEL AND RESTAURANT

followed by - THAT OFFER FREE ASSISTANCE EMPLOYMENT IN LOCAL AND LANDBASED HOTEL AND ALSO RESTAURANTS AT THE SAME TIME IN PASSENGER SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC

- Quoted as it is. :)

Hello there. I can say that I'm a successful applicant ng seamarj kasi may kinapuntahan yung training ko at 3,800 ko kasi i'm working now at Makati Shangri-La Hotel. I really didn't expect that I'm going to work in Mkati Shang gayung undergrad din pa lang ako tapos nursing pa course ko. I really didn't expect that. Cguro gawa ng pleasant personality ko. Medyo may looks din nmn kasi ako pero I'm also thankful kasi nagsilbing backer ko ang seamarj. Atleast nakapagwork ako ngayon in one of the major 5 star hotel here in the philippines. thankful ako kasi sabi nila mahirap daw makapasok sa mga ganyang hotel lalo na kapag 5 star hotel kung wla ka tlagang backer. I'm just so thankful tlga kasi daming benefits. I have nothing against this blog. I just want to express my gratitude to seamarj. Pero pakiusap ko din naman po sa seamarj, sana ay do all your best para matulungan nyo talaga mga nag-undergo ng training. Sana may kapuntahan yung ibinayad nila. kahit ako din kasi ay nahirapan sa pag-apply before makati shang hired me. Sana lang din treat well your applicants. Di man sila magbigay ng reservation..treat them well pa rin para wala silang masabi. Di man nila iaccept yung offer nyo na job assistance ay still treat them well..be professional enough..saka always do good and avoid evil. I mean, proved them that you are a good training agency para wala siulang masabi. I also admire Ms. Marjorie P. Celestiano kasi she has been very kind to me since the first time I've met her. I just like her for being nice and kind to me.. also for those encouraging words..sa mga staff naman, sana huwag masyadong magsusungit..just proved them wrong..ok? well.wat more can i say?? hmmmm.. good luck! i wish you all the best in life! ^_^

Hi guys!!I am a fresh graduate also and I was very happy to see my first initial interview by Sea-marj at Marc2000 tower at taft Ave. I applied there through jobstreet also. I was there just a few hours before today (May 12,2011) and I was shocked by what they are getting from us, applicants. At first, I thought that it was nice bec. at my first initial interview I passed, however not knowing what I will be into a few minutes after. Mrs. Marjorie Celestiano, actually she did not dare to introduce herself in the interview, she did it after the giving of each applicants' money for the reservation for the said training program. When it's time to ask me if how much am I going to give for the reservation, with out thinking twice I hesitated to give any amount because I really don't know if after the trainings and all that I will be hired immediately of the "affiliated hotel and restaurant partners of them" as she calls it. Of course I did not told her that, I just made an excuse that I don't have any spare at all and after that she did not dare talk to me and immediately talks to other applicants who are willing to pay. I saw her wrote on my resume (not interested-financial problem). I guess what I did was right:) and I am happy for that!!

HI guys..
i had my interview last Feb. 28, 2012 by Ms. Joan from SEAmarj.. my interview nmn tlga pero ung common na tinatnung lng talga.. and pinupuri pa nga ako because beautiful dw ako and mgling dw maki pag communcate.. sympre natuwa namn ako noh.. hehe...

den sinabi na mag pareserve dw ako any amount but not less than 100 php.. any amount nga dw dba??? pero nag down ako ng 200php kc mdjo na tuwa nga ako..

pero papatusin ko parin sna ung seamarj kc nagmamadli ako magka work.. but after i had read comments about seamarj.. narealize ko na y should i pay 3800 for a training.. kung pwede nmn ma employ ka muna bago mu cla bayaran.. dba??? pwede nmn ata un.. for assurance nadin ntin..

Now, that clarify things. Thanks for sharing. :)

To the Lawyer of SeaMarj I highly encourage you to post your full name so that we know who are liable for these postings and so that we can confirm with the people we know from the industry if you are really under their management. In Singapore Marina Bay Conrad Singapore.
Lets help each other rather than judging Institution as a scammer, I won’t stop people from crying out loud Scam! Scam! Scam! if you paid 3,800 and done with training and nothing happened. BUT if you only have made a down payment of a certain amount and never undergone anything PLEASE refrain from posting cause we are not helping each other you are merely spamming this page.
Thank you Liz for this post and I must say it was well shared ( experience base was a wise post )

In my opinion:

Seamarj has no name in the world of hospitality industry, it does not ring a bell and having their certificate is equivalent to having a sheet of a blank paper.

A piece of advise to those who are aspiring for QUALITY careers please choose an institution that you will represent YOU!

I would rather walk into Manila Hotel with my college certificate of diploma rather than representing a training center that we all know does not produce quality trainees...

Wala pong Hotel or Cruiseline ang tatanggap sa inyo dahil nag training kayo ng 5 days sa Seamarj, kung matatangap po kayo its becuase you have the skills and brains.

PEACE!

eto lng masasabi ko.. kng HRM grad ka.. at nid mo employment.. sariling sikap ka.. if gsto mo mg review and refresh ung mga bagay bagay n tinuro.. hanap ka ng much better na training center.. meron kc jan mas mura and mas mahaba ung training course period.. di tulad sa SEAMARJ 1 week. bakit ko cnasabi to?
1.your paying for “endorsement” and not the training, dahil as in NOT ENOUGH.. hilaw n hilaw ang teaching method, kulang s oras at araw.
2. if ENDORSEMENT habol mo.. eto masasabi q.. ung 3.8k n ibabayad mo, gawen mo n lng pamasahe sa paghahanap, or pang renta ng PC sa internet cafe to find a job.
–sasabhin nila if walk-in applicant ka at di ka endorsed ng SEAMARJ di ka tatangapin? as u notice sasabhin nila un sa 1st day o habang binobola bola k ng bolang babae jan.. eto masasabi q jan.. ur WRONG! u can still apply for that, naalala q p nga nung ng apply aq.. “cnu un?” anu ung seamarj? den one thing.. apply ulit kami.. good morning po, applicant po endorse from SEAMARJ,, ge iwan nyu n lng resume nyu jan ttawagan n lng kyu..

“oo sayang nga ung 3.8k for nothing, sana gnwa q n lng pamasahe sa araw araw..

BASTA KYU N UMUNAWA.. DI Q CNASABI NA SCAMMER CILA, NA MODUS CILA.. ANG AKIN LNG.. USELESS PO ANG TARINING NA TO DAHIL KNG GSTO NYU P DIN MG TRAINING MADAMI AGENCY OFFER TRAINING N MAS CHEAPER AT MAS MAHABA ANG DURATION NG CLASSES..
example:
UNLI SOL agency, 2 weeks,, 1 week discussion 1 week sa hotel for training for about 2.2k i think
Excellent Choice, 10days tarining more on HANDS-ON cla.. i think 3k cla… much cheaper pa…

KAYU BAHALA.. NASA INYU P DIN DESISYON! EFFORT LNG AT TAMANG DISKARTE PARA SA PAG ASENSO..

Last night, there was this instinct in me that I should check the company. Ngtataka dn ksi ako bt ang bilis for interview na agd. Though bka my gnun tlga pero mas mbuti na yung sure. Right? I searched sa Google, "Is Jobstreet really safe?" Then one of the link results bothered me. Or networking pla. Ikaw ang pagkakakitaan. Then snearch ko yung company sa Google Map. Vague sya. Bukas p dpat yun. Tnnong ako ni Mommy knina kung what time kmi ppunta bukas. What most people want is a decent job. Tpos gnyan. Hay!

My girlfriend has just been scammed by this bogus company. All the information in your main article is correct and accurate. Sinamahan ko siya for an interview earlier today. Naalala ko kasi 'yung ex ko na hinihingan ng 300php for the medical by another company. Same-day interview, tanggap agad. I just couldn't figure out what it has to do with one's eligibility for a job. Always run a background check of the company inviting you for an interview.

Same scenario. So nagresearch agad ako pag-uwi ko. Nueva ecija pa ako nanggaling. Sayang effort. Tsk! :)

BWISIT hahahah!!

Sept. 13, 2012
Hi. I would like to include my name here kaso i also have doubts hahaha anyway, nakakainis naloko ata ako, I had my initial interview keme kanina 1pm until 3pm. I paid 200 as down payment ek ek.

- next thing that I've noticed is the receptionist, Hindi ba it's a must para sa mga receptionist na kahit papano ay good looking? Kaso yung nasa SEAMARJ ni Hindi presentableng tingnan although naka-uniform naman sya, hay basta.. Sa tagal kong naghintay, pati yung ginagawa nung receptionist ay napansin ko, very unprofessional kasi, she's just texting during her duty. Then nung nagsalita sya Hindi din kasi fluent mag-English.......

- during the interview, 7 kami lahat sabay-sabay ininterview, then sa huli 3 lang kaming natira. Natuwa pa ako dahil pinuri pa ako nung MARJORIE CELESTIANO, she like me daw. While she's talking to the other applicants I was listening to her and I really noticed na paulit ulit ulit ulit yung ibang mga tanong nya, paulit-ulit nyang tinanong work nung parents nung isang applicant.

- I actually wondered kung bakit hindi sya fluent mag-english, I just thought dahil medyo matanda na sya, but upon reading the comments here lalo lang akong nag-doubt.

- pinapili nya pa ako if I want to attend the training or not, and when I told her that I need to ask my parents first she really convinced me na magbayad kahit down payment lang as reservation fee. May duda na talaga ako nun, I'm a mass communication graduate and somehow I was taught how to convince people, and I could say na ganun ang ginagawa nila, they are trying to convince applicants to attend their "trainings" because they will earn money from it.

- I think I'm smart enough to noticed na pinaalis niya yung applicant na hindi kayang magbabalik, pati yung isa na WILLING MAG-TRAIN AT MAGBAYAD PERO NIREJECT NIYA PA DIN, KASI SABI NUNG APPLICANT MAGWOWORK SYA SA IBA PARA MAKAPAGBAYAD, WHICH MEANS NA ANG KINUKUHA LANG NILA PARA MAGTRAIN AY YUNG ALAM NILA NA MAY PERA TALAGA.

Sabi shaking nung MARJORIE kanina, refundable naman daw ang downpayment if I decided not to attend the training......hmmmm makukuha ko kaya yun?

Anonymous said...

They are gonna text the applicants for an initial interview, telling that they are in need of hotel staffs, but why is it during the interview they are gonna tell the applicants that they need to pay and attend their training and after that, it will only be the time for them to be recommended in different hotels local, abroad and cruise ships.

MAGTETEXT FOR VACANCIES PERO PAGDATING SA ACTUAL INTERVIEW AY SASABIHIN NA MAGBABAYAD AT MAGTATRAIN PALA MUNA, Kung training center LANG sila, well, Mali yung paraan nila sa pag-kuha ng trainees, Kung gusto nilang makakuha ng trainees ay pagandahin nila reputation nila para pagkatiwalaan sila ng mga applicants.

Kainis!! Ang bobo.

Hi! Wag na kayo mag apply sa SEAMARJ kc pera2 lng yan e db kailangan nyo na mga infos na agencies for 5 star hotels local man o abroad email me at isend ko sa email nyo here my email adrian26smiley@aol.com at pakilala kayo at explain nyo bakit gusto nyo magwork sa 5 star hotels at convince me para isend ko sau ang mga files na makakatulong sa inyo sa hospitality careers local man o abroad ok. :)

I'm asking for a sign if i will continue the training until i read this blog. NAPANSIN KO LANG NA WALA PALANG PIRMA UNG RESIBO NA IBINIGAY SAKIN. sAKA BAKIT NAKALAGAY SA JOBSTREET NA RECRUIMENT FIRM SILA?D NMAN CLA RECRUIMENT FIRM SAV NGA NI MS.

Thank you for this blog and I hope, makakahanap tayo ng trabaho na tayo ang kikita at hindi tayo pagkakakitaan.

But at the last moment, I found about this blog.. which really convinced me na wag na ituloy. haha well, negative comments overpowered the positive ones. That's why. Experience is our best teacher. Thanks Liz for this :) At least I saved my bf's first interview if ever :) (April 2013)

thanks Liz. such a bog help...some things I noticed while reading this blog. most of those who have negative comments have their names posted and clearly have different ways of approaching it. But those who have positive comments don't and their ways are kinda same, no names of 5 Star Hotel or Cruise Ships or whatsoever. If the positive comments here are true why won't you let your identity be out in the open so people with negative thoughts can double check. After all you want to defend them, right?!
