Therefore, the seductive looks are not always achieved with provocative swimsuits but also through delicate and stylish dresses. Our summer outing will be on April 17 – 18 at Island Cove, Cavite. But I am afraid that I might not make it due to conflicting schedule with Rise of the Eldrazi’s Pre-Release. Too bad, I can’t flaunt my white-lace layered dress.

I’m so excited to start blogging about my personal life again. I have nothing to brag about right now, just want to share some of my plans.

Good news! My sister will be graduating from college this April 9, 2010. I have already sent my vacation leave request and I am hoping that it will be favorably considered. That would mean I have to spend four days at Batangas. Time for “home sweet home”!

I really love to experience the simplicity of life in the province. But what I am more thrilled about is the thought of me and my sister planning about the renovation of our house. Few more steps and our dream house will come true! I have the floor plan with me and I have contacted few architects already. I have attended the PAG-IBIG seminar as well.

So, what’s the vivid description of my soon to be sweetest home? A house with wonderfully landscaped hedges, exquisite terrace by the rooftop, relaxing quaint bar, superb living room with glass doors, deluxe apple green bed, splendid shower room with designer radiators, delightful dining room and kitchen, magnificent library, amazing fountain, and romantic lights in the garden. Whew. Such a grand dream!

Yeah... literally "dreams". Well, it’s my right anyway. And whether it turns out to be less captivating as the one above, I will still be happy about it. I want a lovely home, not a luxurious mansion.

No blogging for today! Earth Day - All switches are off! Kidding. Haha. Just wanna support Earth Hour today at 8:30 PM. And the time zone? I don't know, I will follow my local time here in the Philippines.

For me, the thought of cruising together is so romantic. Sailing aboard with my boyfriend is too exciting for me to imagine. We haven’t had the opportunity to travel together so we better give it a try. I don’t have a grand dream cruise in particular. All I want is something that will make us happy. Just want to add something. When submitting a sample for a job you are applying for, make sure that it is relevant for the position or job specifications. If the job posting is all about relationship articles, don't attach previous work about loans and refinancing. Though the client can still see your writing style and check your grammar, it is still important to highlight your abilities and market your talent by showing off your best and most related work.

A provider and buyer's feedback is based on 5 criteria. All having a 0-5 star rating, 5 being the highest:

- Be there when the client needs you. I know that the different time zones make it challenging for all of us but allocating a little portion of your time to the buyer by informing him or her about the updates is a plus for your Availability and Communication score.

- Be responsible. Be true to your words. Finish the job on time. Most clients are from US and they are strict when it comes to Deadline. There is no such thing as Filipino time. Take it from the American culture.

- Be versatile and passionate about your job. When client requested you to modify something or informed you about sudden change of plan, as long as it is reasonable, take it light-heartedly. Your bonus will be reflected on Cooperation score. There are even buyers who pay more than your bid if they are highly satisfied with the job!
